Akustiks collaborated on the renovation of Talbot Hall for Nicholls State University to develop a 320-seat performance venue named the Mary M. Danos Theater in honor of Al and Mary Danos. The Department of Music will present the Nicholls Jazz Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, Camerata (Strings) and Choral groups in the renovated facility. Akustiks developed the acoustical and audio video designs including a new orchestra shell for the facility.
