Milton and Tamar Maltz Performing Arts Center, Case Western Reserve University

Akustiks provided acoustical and audio video design for the adaptive reuse of the Temple Tifereth-Israel. The project transformed the synagogue into a 1,350-seat concert hall. The hall features an 80-foot-wide glass acoustic optimized canopy. The project opened with a “Violins of Hope” concert on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2015 featuring the Cleveland Orchestra. The program was was featured on CBS Sunday Morning December 6, 2015.
